ICS Media Group head to ICE with something of a problem this year – there is just too much to talk about!
Independent Content Services Ltd, and ICS-digital LLP will be at the ICE Totally Gaming Show and the London Affiliate Conference (LAC) at the ExCeL Centre and will have a range of innovative services and products to showcase.
The independent group has continued to grow over the last 12 months, evolving into a diverse organisation that serves the many needs of the betting and gaming sector.
ICS founding directors Ian Holding and Cheryl Westerman, International Manager/Senior Editor Andy Morgan, Manager of Russian Services Zhanna Zaytseva-Thompson and Business Development Manager Dean Rayson will all be in attendance.
Meanwhile, head of ICS-digital Matt Roche will also be in London, along with Marketing and Business Development Manager, Ann Nguyen.
ICE will take place from 7-9 February with LAC following directly afterwards. It is the world’s biggest betting and gaming trade event and offers ICS the chance to promote its exciting range of video, audio and written content and associated services.
Ian Holding said: “We have a lot of good things to say at ICE, almost too much, and so our team will focus on specialist areas of the business.
“We definitely want to talk about our compelling live audio (radio) commentary which we stream to mobile and web. We cover all the most popular sports including ALL 380 Premier League matches plus Champions League and other fixtures. We also provide live horse racing commentary for all UK and Irish races in addition to BAGS, cricket, rugby and more.
“Commentary is very successful, especially as a mobile stream, and works so well as an accompaniment to live betting, which is of course a visual medium.
“We also provide fantastic highly visual horse racing analysis. We have developed our racing product www.beforetheoff.com which we believe is better than anything else out there and we have tailored it to offer bookmakers an exciting new scalable enhancement to the usual racecard presentation.
“Our talented editorial teams are scattered across the globe, delivering bespoke written, audio and video sports previews and analysis for a range of clients. At the last count we cover over 50 global sports, supplying exclusive content.
“We now also offer a unique live match centre with betting outcome predictions and odds integration covering hundreds of leagues, which is again best of breed. The same is the case for our superb mobile video text score service with integrated betting which gives punters a fantastic video snapshot of a game and the opportunity to follow up with an in-play bet. It’s great marketing for any bookmaker who wants to stay engaged with punters who are out and about.
“We have also become a true specialist in betting and gaming translation which we offer in 55 languages. Betting terms often don’t translate easily and in some languages there are just not like-for-like words and so it needs to be done properly. We use our local journalists who understand betting terminology and make proper sense of text rather than simply offering a literal translation. If you are bookmaker you need authority in all territories in which you operate and that means trustworthy and meaningful translation. This is a real growth area and we offer an unrivalled cost-effective service.
“As well as sports, we have also become a leading provider of eSports content to a number of clients. Our expert writers not only understand eSports but also attend many high-profile events for League of Legends, CS:GO, Dota 2, Overwatch and Hearthstone.
“Most recently, we have developed a huge independent network of sites which are primed for advertising and affiliate opportunities.
“And all this is just a snapshot of what we do and so it is going to be a busy four days!”
