ICS looking to America after PASPA strike down

ICS is looking forward to the prospect of working with iGaming partners hoping to serve the American market after the US Supreme Court struck down PASPA on Monday.

The historic ruling adjudged that the 1992 Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act was a violation of the 10th amendment of the US Constitution, effectively giving states the power to regulate sports betting should they desire.

To date, over 20 states have expressed an interest in doing this and ICS can provide all companies looking to target this huge market with US-specific written, audio and video content along with specialist marketing and affiliate services.

With local knowledge and a long history of working alongside major sports betting providers in Europe and Asia, ICS is ideally placed to help any company looking to crack America. We employ teams of knowledgeable journalists in both the UK and US, with dedicated coverage of all major sports and leagues.

As well as doing this in English, we also deliver our services in Spanish across the whole of Latin America alongside over 60 other languages.

To this end, our Business Development Director Dean Rayson will be in Miami in two weeks’ time to attend GiGSe and Juegos Miami.

Speaking about the breaking news, ICS Director Ian Holding said: “Americans are sports mad and the prospect of being able to bet on matches and events like we do here in the UK is really exciting. It is also exciting for us at ICS as we are specialists in iGaming content, marketing, affiliate and translation and we can’t wait to get involved and help make a difference in the States.

“Many operators will now be focused on the opportunities in the US and as we have proven in so many other territories, we make great partners and look forward to working with them.”

If you are interested in any of the services we can provide for an American audience – or if you would like to arrange a meeting with Dean in Miami – please do not hesitate to contact us.
